Disclaimer

By purchasing and using our custom dog collars, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Use at Your Own Risk:
Our custom dog collars are designed for use with domesticated pets. It is important to use them responsibly and at your own risk. Always supervise your dog while wearing the collar, especially during outdoor activities.

User Responsibility: Upon purchasing our custom dog collars, buyers assume the responsibility of regularly inspecting the collar's hardware for any signs of wear, corrosion, or damage. The strength and integrity of the hardware may be influenced by factors such as the dog's size, strength, and activity level, as well as environmental conditions.

Regular Inspection: Regularly inspect the collar for any signs of wear, tear, or damage. If you notice any issues, discontinue use immediately and replace the collar to prevent potential harm to your dog.

Proper Sizing: It is crucial to choose the correct size for your dog's collar. Ensure that the collar fits securely but not too tightly. A snug fit prevents accidental escape while avoiding discomfort or injury to your pet.

Allergic Reactions: Some dogs may be sensitive or allergic to certain materials used in the collar. Monitor your dog for any signs of irritation, swelling, or discomfort. If an allergic reaction occurs, remove the collar and consult your veterinarian.

Not for Tie-Out or Restraint: Our collars are not intended for use as a tie-out or restraint. Do not use the collar to tether your dog, as this may lead to injury or strangulation. Use a designated harness and leash for such purposes.

Escape Prevention: Despite our collars' design, no collar can guarantee prevention of escape. Ensure that your pet's environment is secure and take additional measures if necessary.

Natural Wear and Tear: Just like any product subjected to regular use, our collars may experience natural wear and tear over time. Inspecting the collar periodically ensures that any potential issues are identified and addressed promptly, minimizing the risk of hardware failure.

Safety First: The safety of your pet is our top priority. While we strive to create beautiful collars suitable for various activities, it's important to consider the specific needs of your dog when selecting a collar. If your dog is particularly active or strong, you may want to choose another collar maker that align with their level of activity.

By using our custom dog collars, you accept full responsibility for the well-being and safety of your pet. Craetive Gear Studio is not liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur during the use of our products. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our custom dog collars.
